July 2021 - Bangkok’s new art-inspired social diner, Chim Chim has added the decadent pastry delights from Chim Chim own creations including a collaboration with local chocolate artisan Kad Kokoa.
After winning the people's hearts’ with our quality all-day breakfast and artisanal comfort food and signature sourdough pizza, Chim Chim is ready to launch its full range of pastries created by our Head Chef Antoine Darquin.
The top selections from the bakery include Cronuts available in four flavours (peanut butter, vanilla caramel, Nutella, and raspberry & strawberry), soft cookies, luscious muffins, juicy brioches, French’s favourite of sugary butter choice of Kouign-amann and Signature.
To continue our passions in supporting local artisans by working with Kad Kokoa, Thailand's buzzing craft chocolate brand, the most exciting addition including specials made in collaboration with Kad Kokoa, Thailand's buzzing craft chocolate brand.
“The taste of Thai chocolate is really interesting. It has sourness and is not too bitter. I like the fact that Kad Kokoa chocolate only contains pure chocolate and sugar, nothing else is added. And the best part is Chim Chim helps to support local artisans by using these quality products,” Chef Antoine said.
Enjoy a taste of Chim Chim x Kad Kokoa with the Pain au Chocolat stuffed with Chumphon chocolate or Chocolate Croissant and Mixed Nut Brownie with Chiang Mai 70% dark chocolate. The Trio Chocolate Pot, meanwhile, layers together dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, dark chocolate glaze, grated dark chocolate and crumble for a richly rewarding treat.
